WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 small bell peppers (I used 1 red, 1 yellow), diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups textured soy protein (TVP)
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
DIRECTIONS:
1. In large covered pan, saute onion, and pepper in the water. When mostly cooked add in remaining ingredients, and stir well. Cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes covered, stirring occasionally. Then serve :-)
