WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3 to 4 Large Tomatoes
- 1/4 of a Red Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until your desired consistency. I saved some extra tomato to add to it. I like mine chunky!
*Since I've been trying to cut down on my bread intake, I started using lettuce. So I took a large leaf of romaine lettuce, put some chunks of avocado on there, and then added my salsa. Wrap it up and you have a lettuce taco!*
