- 7 Italian Tomatoes
- 1 Small cucumber, seeded
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Small Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1. Cut up all ingredients to make blending easier. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Chill in fridge before serving. And you may garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and a few slices of tomato.
